Terms of Service

Plain-English summary. Not legal advice — confirm with a qualified lawyer for your jurisdiction.

Last updated: 2026-08-24

1. The service

QInfoNews provides a signal intelligence layer for the QEcoSystem: curated daily briefings, intelligence rooms, AI Council analysis, Signal Vault, and the weekly Q Signal newsletter. The service is delivered as-is, with continuous editorial and product changes.

2. Educational intelligence only

All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on QInfoNews is financial, investment, medical, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Always verify important claims and consult qualified professionals before acting.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be 16 or older to create an account. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up.

4. Acceptable use

5. AI-assisted content

Parts of QInfoNews are AI-assisted (summaries, scoring, drafts) and reviewed editorially. AI can make mistakes — treat outputs as one signal among many, and follow linked sources before acting.

6. Intellectual property

QInfoNews and its brand, design system, editorial scoring (QSignal Score), Sentinel / QTrust Lens framework, and original content are owned by QInfoNews and its licensors. You may share short, attributed excerpts. Bulk republication requires written permission.

7. User content

You retain ownership of content you save to your Signal Vault or watchlists. You grant QInfoNews a limited licence to store and process that content solely to deliver the service to you.

8. Paid services

QInfoNews is included with your QEcoSystem membership. Billing, subscriptions, and renewals are managed by Quelle OS — see /access. Any billing terms presented by Quelle OS at checkout are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable law. You may close your account at any time from Settings → Account. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data on closure.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, QInfoNews disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QInfoNews is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for losses arising from reliance on the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on QInfoNews and the "Last updated" date will be refreshed. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
